Is there a weight limit?
Yes. If you weigh more than 90 kg, you need to let our team know in advance so we can assess whether the jump is possible.
What is the minimum age to jump?
The minimum age is 12, with parental or guardian authorization for anyone under 18. There is no maximum age as long as there are no medical restrictions.
How does payment work?
To secure your booking, you must make an advance deposit. The balance is paid on the day of the jump however you prefer: PIX, debit, credit or cash. Over 90 kg an extra fee applies, charged on the day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are handled by our team through the contact channels. There is no refund within 72 hours of the jump, except when weather, aircraft or airspace conditions prevent jumping; in those cases we reschedule or refund.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Avoid jeans.
Are there any food restrictions?
Eat normally, avoiding heavy meals and alcoholic drinks before the jump.
Is there a set time for my jump?
No, because we work around the dynamics of the aircraft. Strictly respect your scheduled arrival time and set aside the whole day for skydiving, since delays can happen. The average time for the jump to take place is 2 hours (check-in, boarding, jump and landing). Skydiving is a sport that depends on nature and on several factors beyond our control, such as the weather, the Brazilian Air Force, aircraft operation and refuelling. So take the day and enjoy it!
What happens if I give up or can't make it?
We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling without prior notice within the 72 hours before the jump day. If this happens, the deposit will be used to cover the reservation costs, with no right to a refund.
What happens if the weather or other factors make the jump impossible?
If the weather isn't favourable, we will reschedule your jump and the deposit continues to secure your reservation.
Can I bring my phone for a selfie?
You cannot bring your phone, for safety reasons and so that you can fully enjoy the jump.
Do I get the videos right away?
Your photos and videos are sent via a WhatsApp link within 7 days.
